the stories that tell…
… of the miraculous, divine and true nature of God. Let’s not keep them to ourselves.
I’ve kept years of stories in my journaling. Stories of struggle and beauty. Some days that seemed unimportant, in hindsight, were actually part of a bigger story. I have been writing now for about five years. Always thought in the back of my mind I would share some and keep some to myself. However recently I felt a great urgency to share again and to share others for the first time and compile them in one space. My hope and prayer is that the stories that I tell will encourage and instill hope in your hearts. Our world is very dark right now. We must tell beautiful stories to keep hope alive. This world has so much beauty still. Beauty in the faces of people and beauty in Gods creation. Some of my most incredible experiences have been in my darkest moments always proving that God is still with us even in the dark. His work is always redemptive. Like a gardener He delights, He cultivates, He enriches and feeds, He prunes and mends. He does the work. We trust. We grow and bask in His sunlight and bless others through the work of His hands.
“What I say to you in the dark (privately), tell in the light (publicly); and what you hear whispered in your ear, proclaim from the housetops [to many people].”
Matthew 10:27 AMP
